We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, and in-person). The ideal candidate is empathetic, efficient, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay informed about products, services, policies, and company updates.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.

Requirements

  • COLLEGE UNDERGRAD ( ANY COURSE )
  • COLLEGE GRADUATE ( ANY COURSE )
  • WITH AT LEAST 0-6 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE
