- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may require remote work flexibility.
