- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required in a relevant field.

- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours and occasional weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in handling customer interactions.
