Description
- Assist customers with airline reservation inquiries, booking, ticketing, and travel support
- Handle inbound calls and provide world-class customer service
- Resolve flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary issues
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- At least Senior High School Graduate with 6 months of BPO Voice experience
- College Graduates are welcome — no BPO experience required
- Preferred Background: Experience in Travel, Retail, or Financial industries
- Above Average English Communication Skills
