Description

  • Assist customers with airline reservation inquiries, booking, ticketing, and travel support
  • Handle inbound calls and provide world-class customer service
  • Resolve flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary issues
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • At least Senior High School Graduate with 6 months of BPO Voice experience
  • College Graduates are welcome — no BPO experience required
  • Preferred Background: Experience in Travel, Retail, or Financial industries
  • Above Average English Communication Skills
