Job Description

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting patients with inquiries, providing information about healthcare services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and policies.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
