Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interaction
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are fully resolved
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Assist in processing orders, applications, and service requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
