Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, problem-solving abilities, scheduling proficiency, teamwork, technical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and manage schedules.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
