  • We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Everyday Banking (EDB) team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals passionate about customer service in the financial sector. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide banking support, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and banking-related concerns via inbound/outbound calls or other channels
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding account status, transactions, and general banking services
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and service excellence
  • Adhere to established procedures, compliance regulations, and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to improve team performance
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning initiatives to stay updated with banking products and protocols

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Preferably a graduate of:
  • Banking & Finance
  • Financial Management
  • Management Accounting
  • Accountancy
  • Economics
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good English communication skills – able to converse clearly and professionally
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and split rest days
  • Must be willing to work on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig
