Description

  • Respond professionally to inbound patient inquiries via phone
  • Assist in appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
  • Handle sensitive medical and insurance data with confidentiality
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Billing, Reimbursement) to resolve cases
  • Provide patient-focused service with clarity, accuracy, and empathy

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience (preferably voice support)
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving & comprehension skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
