Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, may involve shifts, and requires good ergonomics.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
