• Address and facilitate customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in person and through assigned channels
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of work experience in BPO
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year vocational course
• Can work onsite (Makati) and on a dayshift/shifting schedule
