Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service, strong scheduling abilities, problem-solving expertise, technical skills, and account management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, support back office operations, ensure timely scheduling, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
