Job Description


  • Provide professional, timely, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with account management, product setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems
  • Follow established processes and procedures while seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards, policies, and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve recurring issues and identify process improvements
  • Stay current on products, services, and updates to provide accurate information to customers


Qualification and requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or any related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide clear explanations
  • Experience using CRM and support tools; knowledge in call center software is preferred
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team-oriented, patient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time)
