Premium IT – Voice Support Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice-based technical support and customer service
  • Resolve issues related to IT products or services

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years CCE or 6 months to 1 year Tech Support experience
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
