Minimum Qualifications

  • You may apply if you meet any of the following pathways:
  • Completed 2 years in college (no back subjects), OR
  • K12 / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum), OR
  • High School Graduate – Old Curriculum with 6 months BPO experience in an international account
  • No call center experience is required for college-level and SHS graduates.
  • Good English communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Parañaque are required.


Job Responsibilities (Blended: Voice + Non-Voice)

  • Handle a mix of inbound voice calls and non-voice support (chat/email/tasks)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Document cases using internal systems and tools
  • Maintain quality and service standards
  • Join training sessions and coaching programs to improve skills
