- Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: College Graduate if no BPO exp.
- Experience Level: at least 6 months BPO experience in any international voice account
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service, and people skills; proficiency in technical tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage scheduling efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment requiring adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
