Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in product returns and exchanges as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, teamwork, call center operations, back office support, problem-solving, customer service, and account management.
