Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • College graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any tech-related course (strictly required)
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or similar environment
  • Must have experience handling either an E-commerce or Technical Account
  • Experience in managing a blended account (voice, chat, email, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CEC, IT, or related technical courses
  • At least 2+ years of TL experience with proven track record in people management
  • Background in E-commerce or Technical support accounts
  • Familiarity with blended operations and multi-channel support
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
