What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Resolve issues efficiently and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up on pending cases and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Open to fresh graduates
- At least Senior High School (Grade 12) graduate
- 6 months of customer service experience is a plus
- Basic MS Office skills
- Clear communication in English and Filipino
