Position: Spanish Customer Support

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 70,000

Work Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Graveyard shift), 2 days off

Work Set-up: Onsite


Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Spanish language, both verbal and written
  • Can communicate in English (conversational)
  • At least two years of college required, vocational course completion, or any related field
  • Customer service experience is a big advantage
  • Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s degree holders
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
  • Listen and resolve customer concerns, issues, or questions
  • Analyze and resolve problems received from customers
  • Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
