Account-Specific Qualifications

Telco Account

• High School Graduate
• Option 1: 1 year Sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO)
• Option 2: No CCE required

Hospitality Account

• College, SHS, or High School Graduate
• Minimum 6 months work experience required for non-college graduates

BFSI / Financial Account

• Option 1: 1 year CCE with at least 6 months insurance experience (local or international)
• Option 2: At least 1 year CCE

Travel Account

• Minimum 1 year GDS tool experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan)

Retail Account

• No CCE required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
