Setup: Hybrid -- Onsite and WFH
Schedule: Shifting (Weekends off not guaranteed)
Salary: ₱24,000 + Competitive Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose HVACR/refrigeration alarms based on SLA
- Contact customers via phone/email with accurate documentation
- Analyze alarm history and graphs for sound decision-making
- Update and confirm completed work orders
- Handle inbound/transferred calls as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree
- Fresh graduates and Associate graduates welcome
- Customer service background is a plus
- Experience in offshore service operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)
