We're searching for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our lively team at Probe CX. In this full-time role, based in Eastwood, Quezon City, you'll be the friendly face of our Australian airline client, dedicated to providing top-notch service to their passengers
We are on the lookout for candidates who are:
- At least high school/senior high school graduate
- With strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- 6 months to 1 year sales experience in BPO or any sales industry experience - ideal to real estate, retail, automotive and insurance
- BPO experience as CSR, Airline is a plus and sales background is a must have.
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
