- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, and technical skills; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
