- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer service software.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment; may require weekend or evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
