- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services.
- Document interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High school diploma required; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong technical abilities related to software and systems.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may involve working shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
