Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills and knowledge of customer service principles
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
