Location: Quezon City (Onsite)

Salary: ₱25,000–₱27,000 per month (depending on work experience)

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (Voice Account) to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with billing inquiries, account concerns, and basic troubleshooting, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
