Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Corporate Travel Account - Up to 40,000 salary
Must have 1 Year Corporate Travel Experience
BFS Account -Up to 28,000 salary
Must have 1 Year BPO experience in any account
Travel Account - Up to 20,000 salary
Must have 1 Year BPO experience in any account
GDS Account - Up to 26,000 salary
Must have 1 Year GDS Experience
