Requirements

  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in BPO setting Healthcare Account.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong interpersonal skills, and experienced in call center operations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and empathetically.
