Job Requirements

  1. With atleast 1 to 3 years of experience in Inbound calls
  2. Bachelors degree graduate
  3. Ability to work on night shifts ( 9:00 pm - 9:00 am)
  4. Ability to work on 12 hours shift or 6 hours shift
  5.  Remote
  6. Need to have laptop, phone, Wi-Fi for working (we can provide a monthly stipend)
  7. 2 days off
  8. Can handle inquiries from E-bike partners. 


Responsibilities

  1. Return and resolve all missed calls before the end of the day.
  2. Emergency incidents (power outages, poor network connection) must be reported and handled promptly.
