我们正在寻找一位积极主动且注重细节的客户服务专员加入我们的团队。理想的候选人将负责潜在客户跟进、在社交媒体上回复咨询,并在将潜在客户交给销售团队之前进行筛选。具有电子商务平台和社交媒体管理经验者优先。


主要职责:

- 及时且专业地跟进新进潜在客户。

- 在社交媒体平台上回复客户咨询和留言。

- 对潜在客户进行筛选,确保符合销售团队标准后再进行转交。

- 协助管理包括 Shopee、Lazada、Shopify 和 TikTok 在内的电商平台。

- 维护客户互动和潜在客户状态的准确记录。

- 与销售和市场团队合作,提升客户参与度和潜在客户转化率。


任职资格与技能:

- 具备客户服务或相似岗位的相关经验。

- 熟悉社交媒体平台的商务沟通方式。

- 具有 Shopee、Lazada、Shopify 及 TikTok 等电商平台经验者优先。

- 具备较强的沟通及人际交往能力。

- 能够同时处理多项任务,并及时跟进潜在客户。

- 注重细节、积极主动,能够在远程工作环境中独立完成任务。
