- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide product and service information to enhance customer experience.
- Document interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 yrs in college
- Experience Level: at least 6 mos international bpo expi.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard work schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
