Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, knowledge of compliance procedures, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and ability to work as part of a team.
