Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent customer service skills, strong command of the English language, and technical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, assist in sales processes, and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
