- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Onsite and shifting schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
