- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, timely information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales pipeline management, strong customer service aptitude, and excellent command of the English language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage the sales process effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
