• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with banking transactions, account questions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital tools.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Completed at least 2 years of college education, with no failing subjects
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Conversational Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written
• Holds a Spanish language certification (Level B1–B2 proficiency)
