  • Position: Spanish Customer Travel Support
  • Industry: Travel & Tourism
  • Location: Makati City (Work Onsite)
  • Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 (Gross)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:12 PM
  • Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Spanish and English (verbal & written)
  • Open to foreign nationals residing in the Philippines
  • Graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
  • Personal travel experience is a big plus!
  • Computer savvy with excellent web navigation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Spanish and English travel inquiries and bookings
  • Assist travelers with trip planning, transportation, and accommodations
  • Translate marketing content like newsletters and advisories
  • Provide timely support and solutions for client concerns
  • Manage emergency calls and urgent travel-related issues
  • Deliver world-class service with passion and professionalism
