- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding retirement account inquiries.
- Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Educate customers on retirement products and services offered.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
