We’re looking for a Junior Manager – B2B Sales who’s passionate about building partnerships, driving revenue, and delivering innovative connectivity solutions to corporate clients.

You’ll be part of one of the biggest Telco companies in the Philippines, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills in relationship management and solution selling will truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through events, referrals, online channels, and cold calling
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and business partners
• Understand client challenges and design tailored Telco solutions
• Present and position products as high-value business enablers
• Manage accounts, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Technical) for seamless delivery
• Track performance, forecast sales, and report business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Proven experience in Telco Carrier Sales — a must!
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sales Automation, and BI Tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems, social selling, and virtual communication tools is an advantage
