Description
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
- Resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
- Analyze feedback and implement improvements.
- Generate reports to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 4 years of experience in the BPO industry, 2 years of it in a leadership role.
