Role Overview:

We are seeking a quick-learning, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and computer skills and will act as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Processing: Manage and process all sales order requests through relevant system platforms.
• Customer Interaction: Answer all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally. Greet all customers in a friendly and hospitable manner.
• Call & Email Transfer: Transfer calls and emails to the relevant sales managers based on system allocation.
• E-shop Enquiries: Respond to and action all e-shop inquiries efficiently.
• Live SMS Chat: Manage and respond to all Hotline (live SMS chat) inquiries.
• Outbound SMS Engagement: Engage in outbound SMS correspondence with customers via Hotline to check in and upsell.
• Account Management: Check customers' accounts receivable status during phone or live chat interactions, address any overdue invoices, and ensure customers are receiving our invoicing correctly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical or healthcare account/field/industry – highly required
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
