About The Role
As a Customer Success Associate within the Medical Operations team, you will interact with our patients to address their concerns and inquiries related to availment of their Hive Health plan benefits. You will also be involved in identifying avenues for health plan policy improvements and developing enhancements for patient engagement. As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:
- Respond to member concerns and support operations during business hours to deliver an extraordinary patient experience, with after hour support as needed
- Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development cycle
- Manage relationships with member and provider
- Support provider network and medical operations as needed
- Develop and communicate customer insights to contribute to Hive’s overall strategy for building a differentiated patient experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably nursing background or related medical field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer success, accounts management, or related fields
- Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
