Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive, accurate indicator system that reflects business characteristics based on business objectives and models; monitor the business indicator system to promptly identify and locate business problems/opportunities and facilitate their implementation;

2. Establish a data-driven operational framework and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance the business's data-driven operational capabilities, including product functionality, data modeling, etc.;

3. Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues through specialized research, providing data and decision support for platform mechanisms, product direction, industry strategy, resource allocation, and other business decisions, resulting in operational management recommendations;

4. Utilize exploratory data analysis to extract user search behavior patterns from data, offering suggestions and guidance to enhance the user search experience.
