- Enter and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy.
- Verify, review, and correct data to ensure completeness and reliability.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
- Generate reports and provide data as requested by supervisors or other departments.
- Assist in data analysis and preparation of summaries when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for data encoding and reporting.
- Coordinate with other staff to resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
