Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collecting, verifying, and updating data from various internal and external sources.
• Assisting in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports for various departments.
• Providing administrative support for the analytics or data team.
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency within database systems and spreadsheets.
• Collaborating with IT and data analysts to resolve data or process issues.
• Performing data entry, validation, and data cleansing.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of managed data information.

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Possesses strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Understanding of database fundamentals (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
• Communicative, meticulous, and able to work both in a team and independently.
