Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor the short and long term trend of maintenance defects occurring at the Line Maintenance level via Maintenance Log entries / PIREPS and aircraft Post-Flight Report Summaries and to immediately assist in the field for its actual Troubleshooting and or rectification.
- Develop troubleshooting strategies and plans to address complex, intransient and recurring defects, AOGs per actual observation.
- When in the field (ramp), he must immediately coordinate with DAEs / DDEs to ensure troubleshooting instructions are issued to the Maintenance Providers base to his recommendation as observed during his field or ramp visit assessment on the troubled aircraft to promptly rectify the indicated system failure(s) and prevent an operational disruption or AOGs.
- To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
- Elevate issues to his superiors as deemed necessary.
- Perform other tasks as directed by his superiors.
- To observe Company rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or associated engineering or AMT course w/ f ive (5) minimum years engineer A in Line & BME, or Min 10 – 15 year experience as Line Aircraft Mech.
- Familiarity with Typical Fleet Technical Management Systems such as AIMS, AMOS etc.
- Proficient with Airbus Troubleshooting Systems (AIRMAN)
- Commercial aircraft technical training (either AIRBUS or ATR) for current CEBPAC and CEBGO FLEET.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
