• We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to support our FBA logistics and inventory operations. This critical support role ensures our Amazon inventory processes run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and document all inbound shipments to Amazon FBA.
• Monitor and ensure timely receipt of shipments; escalate delays to carriers or Amazon support when needed.
• Manage and coordinate return shipments from Amazon to our 3PL and internal warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within our ERP system by reconciling physical and system inventory.
• Collaborate with our returns warehouse to ensure timely and accurate processing of returned items.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and flag issues that require escalation to our case filing team.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for all inventory transactions and support cases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or similar operations roles.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and inventory systems (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Experience working with 3PLs and warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of case filing processes on Amazon Seller Central.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data tracking and analysis.
