Job Title: Head of Visual Design / Chief Visual Designer of Operations Center

We are a global market-oriented poker game company with a stable player base across multiple markets including Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a visual leader who understands user visual psychology and the rhythms of international markets to create more impactful visual content, enhancing brand influence and conversion efficiency.

• Oversee the production of daily operational visual content, including but not limited to: event key visuals, social media graphics, advertising materials (static/animated), website banners, user visual notifications, and holiday-themed content;
• Manage the full process of visual content from creative conception, style definition, execution, to version iteration, ensuring content attractiveness and brand consistency;
• Develop appropriate localized visual style strategies based on different markets and language environments to support global multilingual content releases;
• Collaborate with product, art, advertising, branding, and public relations teams to provide visual solutions for key operational actions such as user acquisition, engagement, and reactivation;
• Establish and continuously optimize a design specification system, managing a design resource library, material template library, style guidelines, etc., to improve design efficiency and collaboration quality;
• Coordinate and guide the work of design team members, foster team growth, and collaborate with outsourced/freelancer teams when necessary;
• Participate in creative activities (such as user community UGC, avatar customization, holiday-related projects) to infuse inspiration and communicative power into visual design.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Art Design, Multimedia, or related fields;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in visual/brand design in an internet company, with preference given to those who have led operational visual system projects;
• Familiarity with visual representation methods and user conversion psychology in industries such as gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, and social platforms;
• Ability to handle diverse styles (American, Southeast Asian, localized) and apply them flexibly in different market scenarios;
• Proficient in common design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects;
• Capable of constructing systematic design processes and establishing a resource specification library and template system;
• Strong execution skills, aesthetic sense, and communication skills, able to ensure quality output in a fast-paced environment;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in visual creativity for advertising (e.g., static and video ads for Facebook, Google Ads) is preferred;
• Experience in brand building or daily material for overseas board games/gaming/tools products;
• Experience in UGC/emojis/IP expansion projects is preferred;
• Experience leading a small design team or as a project owner in cross-functional projects is preferred;
• English communication skills, capable of delivering English materials and engaging in cross-departmental communication.
